HIA 2022 award winning project for – Custom Built Home up to $750,000. 

This stunning architecturally designed weekender by Helen Lloyd-Martin from 3D Environment is situated on the banks of Colo River.

The concept of this new build was to create an environmentally friendly home that blends into its bush surroundings by using corten naturally rusted steel, together with corrugated iron cladding.

Bal FZ (bushfire rating) and a very tight access road threw some challenges in the mix of this build but with strategic planning and material selection we were able to overcome these challenges to deliver this one of a kind property.
